Facilities are closed due to bankruptcy

Disliked:It's not a 4* hotel at all. No reception 24h, no cleaning service (only once every 3 days). And the facilities are closed due to bankruptcy. Nothing. No breakfast, no gym, no pool, no lounge. Nothing. The washing machine in the room doesn't work as well. Honestly, probably every single hotel in Haeundae is better
