Great location, rooms and facilities. Reception staff let the place down

Liked:Lovely spacious room, comfortable bed with good pillows and bedding. Clean towels. Fresh coffee and water daily in room. Breakfast is good value. Pool is nice. Housekeeping staff were very kind, polite and helpful. Breakfast staff also good.

Disliked:The reception staff were disinterested. Never any welcome or greeting. It’s a shame as this impacted an otherwise brilliant stay. Also the bar up by the pool was never open. It appears to have been closed for a while. No explanation offered about this.
