Liked:Good location. Lots of restaurants and cafe surrounding. Lottery mall just behind the hotel. Receptionist is helpful.

Disliked:No proper towel, they provide hand towel instead of bath towel. So suggest to bring your own towel.

Great location and some nicely thought amenities.

Liked:They have a free breakfast, which is basic but good if you want sustenance. I was happy just getting a coffee before heading out. The room was huge and had great details like a YouTube ready TV, multiple cord jacks for recharging any device. The secret weapon was a back entrance that takes you right to the parking/back entrance to Lotte.

Disliked:The floors can be slippery when using the shower, so be cautious. The location is ideal, but also in the middle of the night scene. So be prepared for noise if you prefer an early sleep.

It has great potential with fantastic staff

Liked:The staff were very accommodating, helpful and understanding. The location is very convenient and close to the subway. .

Disliked:It looks and feels the hotel hasn't finished renovating. Some areas seem to be freshly renovated and some areas are not.
