Liked:Spacious room Nice shower Free use of washing machine

Disliked:Room smelled like tobacco and when we mentioned this, the people at the front desk did nothing other than say the cleaning lady would come the next day. We went out and got a fabric spray which helped a bit but the whole time it smelled like someone had smoked in there. The mattress were hard and uncomfortable.

Liked:Modern hotel with large rooms, comfortable beds, nice shower and welcoming staff.

Disliked:Their check-in is at 5pm which is quite late so keep that in mind if you are arriving earlier.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Liked:Cozy tree was a great spot to stay in Busan. The room was large for solo traveller and couples. The staff were nice and helpful. It’s close to subways station and buses stops. It’s only 10 mins train away from Busan station. There are coffee shops, convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It’s value for money everything considered I highly recommend this property if you’re in Busan.

Disliked:Guest needs to come to reception if they need extra amenities.
