Do not rent from this company.

Liked:The resort is in a great location. Over the long week end they had great events. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked:The cottage #207 was in poor repair most of the window blinds were broken the window screen were ripped and had tape on them. The bathtub did not hold water to bath our toddler. The couch and chair were dirty. The short wall beside the stove was broken so it was leaning at an odd angle. The ceiling fixtures and fans were covered in dust and dirt. The entire place needed a deep cleaning. The property manager did visit the cottage but really wasn’t much help. Sad to think that this management team think it’s ok to rent this place in this condition.

Disliked:The room was not very clean, and there were no towels provided. The pillow also had a blood stain on it.

Lovely place ànd location but not maintained well ànd issue with cleaners doing poor job

Liked:Good value, location ànd peaceful

Disliked:It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time. Dusty environments everywhere ànd lots of fruit flies, especially attracted to worktops and kitchen bin which has no lid. Simple solutions to review cleaner work, put in bin with lid, ensure areas have been properly cleaned. Could see some things had not been cleaned for months (lower part of door to deck for example) . Also TV cabinet had small bit of front cleaned but back dusty from months!!
