Liked:The hotel was clean and generally well maintained. The room itself was comfortable and met our basic expectations

Disliked:One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the swimming pool, which was advertised as available at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we were informed only after the reservation was confirmed and paid that the pool was closed due to renovation. This information was not provided in advance. Additionally, because the hotel had low occupancy, a buffet breakfast was not offered. While we understand this situation, the way it was handled was inconvenient. Late in the evening, when our group was already in bed, hotel staff knocked on our door in the dark and asked us to choose our breakfast from a piece of paper. Despite clearly explaining our preferences at that time, everything we requested was forgotten the next morning, and breakfast consisted only of eggs and bread. This was disappointing and did not meet our expectations, especially given the circumstances.
