Liked:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at Puri Lovina for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the parking area is spacious, and the swimming pool is large and enjoyable. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping service was excellent. They cleaned the room while we were out without us having to request it. The linen was replaced with fresh and nicely scented ones, bottled water was replenished, and the room was cleaned very neatly with great attention to detail. The front office staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi connection, but the FO staff assisted us patiently until it worked properly on my phone. There are just two small things that could be improved. First, the bathroom drainage had an unpleasant smell even though the exhaust fan was on. Second, the ceiling looked a bit damp and had some mold. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Puri Lovina. Highly recommended if you are visiting Lovina. The location is very strategic — close to Pepito supermarket, dolphin tour meeting points, ATMs, and surrounded by rice fields, which gives a peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely come back next time! 🌴✨
