U can find a better place and customer service for the price u pay.

Liked:Good location

Disliked:I just feel that it can be way better for the price you’re paying! After a long flight u get there and they ask for a credit card (which I didn’t have) and after not having what they required, the lady at the front desk told me straight away that I couldn’t check in when my reservation was already paid for. I was speechless and then asked her if maybe they took cash and she asked for 300 bucks!! For just a night and a room that was paid for and, the best part, there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room, I’m not even talking about a welcome drink but it’s a must if you’re in the hotel and tourism industry. I had a 14 hour flight and that’s the welcoming? There’s no curtains so you even have the whole neighbourhood looking at you or you’re pitch black with the blackout cause the balconies are super close to each other. The outlets are useless cause they’re Argentinians but they do have a different one that works for European outlets but this wasn’t the case! Also, shampoo but not conditioner?! You can do better!

Liked:The flat was very nice decorated, clean, with light coming in the morning and well equipped. The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to good restaurants and cafes. It also had a mini dining table so in case you are looking for a place to work as well, it has a space for it. There was also a small terrace which was very convenient to receive some sun on the morning.

Disliked:I would add a 1 more pan and better towels. I didn't ask for them so probably my bad for not asking for them but still, those were the only 2 improvement points that I saw.

A major disappointment considering we were there for 8 days.

Liked:Breakfast was good but limited menu and over 8 days it became repetitive.

Disliked:The room was over the main road, not quiet at all. I immediately asked to change rooms and was told I could the following day. that promise was broken and a further promise to change 2 days later was also broken. They never changed my room even though I asked and repeated the request several times. The facilities were more appropriate for a 2 or 3 star hotel. The "gym" was not a gym at all, rather like a prison cell with a couple of items thrown in. Not somewhere you wanted to be. The pool was very small and not conducive. The room itself was ok but not inspiring. It had a problem with the shutters and the shower pipe.
