Please note that an additional charge of 50% of the last night´s rate for Check-out after noon until 17:00, and After 17:00, guests must pay 100 % of the last night's rate. Please note that, based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card, or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodation and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable. Please note that renovation work on the pool will be carried out from 8 June 2026 to 3 July 2026, and guests can use the heated pool at the nearby Alvear Palace Hotel. This property will preauthorize the guest card for the amount corresponding to one night of stay. This preauthorization will be done once the period of free cancellation is over.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
