Disliked:I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this hotel. My documents and credit cards were stolen from inside my room, which is something you would never expect to happen in a place that should guarantee basic security. What made the situation even worse was the hotel’s complete lack of support. Instead of helping or taking responsibility, the staff did nothing to assist us. When we complained and asked for help, they even called the police on us. We requested access to the security cameras to understand what happened. First, we were told we could only check them the next day. Then, when we followed up, we were informed that the cameras do not record at all — which is extremely concerning for any guest’s safety. Overall, this experience was unacceptable. A hotel that cannot ensure guest security and refuses to help in a serious situation like this should not be trusted. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Liked:The hotel did not 'find' our reservation even though I had numerous booking confirmations and was sent all the reminders of how to check in earlier that day. Because there is no front desk you are left to call or Whatsapp to communicate, and ultimately The hotel left us stranded at 9pm saying they had no room for us, so we were on the street with our two very young children trying to find a resolution by ourselves to booking a new hotel, booking.com were super unhelpful in getting a resolution from the hotel. Would absolutely not recommend going thru booking for this hotel because this was an awful awful way to treat a client yet alone a family
