Liked:Hotel was shut when I arrived 24 Dec! It had been shut for months apparently, even though my booking was confirmed!!! Terrible service!!

Worst. Hotel. Ever.

Disliked:They made me do an online check-in pre arrival so I could go "straight to my room". It took 45 minutes to get checked in because the guy had no idea what he was doing. I was promised a sound proof room. All i got was traffic noise throughout the night. I was promised internet. there was no internet connection in any of the rooms. I had to work by the public pool while they tried to resolve this issue, which they never did. I left to go to another hotel and they refused to refund me. Worst hotel experience I have ever had in 40 years of travel, and 5 years of travelling around the world.
