Awful management

Liked:We booked this hotel as a place to shower and wait until our Airbnb was ready. Prior to arrival, we called to let the hotel know we would be checking in a day later than originally planned. When we arrived, we were informed that only three people could be in the room at a time, despite our reservation being for our family of five. This restriction was unexpected and was not communicated to us in advance. As frequent travelers, this was the first time we had encountered such a policy, which made our stay less convenient than anticipated.

Liked:After disembarking from our cruise, we arrived at the Park Tower very early—not expecting to check in so soon. However, we were fortunate to be assisted by an exceptional staff member, Nicolas Cardoba, who truly went above and beyond. Even after a small hiccup on my part, he worked his magic and got us into a beautiful room well before the official check-in time. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, with a fantastic shower and a wonderful view. The lobby is elegant, breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s location is ideal for exploring Buenos Aires. I highly recommend the Park Tower, and would absolutely stay here again. A special thank you to Nicolas for his outstanding service—recognition well deserved from a Lifetime Platinum member.

Liked:This is a very nice hotel built 30 years ago with 100 rooms that include two suites on each floor. We are in one of the luxury suit rooms (Livingroom / Full kitchen / extra-large bath with whirlpool tub Giving this hotel a 4.8 Hinge rating scale of 0-5.
