We left immediately. We did not unpack. I had just paid with my credit card. I asked for all of 50% refund. The property

Liked:The position. The reception staff were helpful and pleasant.

Disliked:The room looked clean but it was badly maintained small and dark.

Not what I was expecting for the price.

Liked:It was close to my meeting, walkable. The staff was helpful.

Disliked:The lobby is nice but the facilities are in dire need of an upgrade. Everything, the elevators, halls, rooms. We were moved to another (more expensive) room after the sink in our first room was clogged and paid the difference to stay there the second night. Didn't want to risk going into another junior suite or other room and experiencing similar or other issues, especially after reading the reviews about bed bugs. The internet was atrocious in the more expensive room, and TVs (yes, more than one) didn't work properly. We were only there for two nights, so we just dealt with it. As a nomad traveler with an 8-year-old, I'm realizing more and more that hotels under $100 per night may no longer be a reasonable option.
