Not what I was expecting for the price.

Liked:It was close to my meeting, walkable. The staff was helpful.

Disliked:The lobby is nice but the facilities are in dire need of an upgrade. Everything, the elevators, halls, rooms. We were moved to another (more expensive) room after the sink in our first room was clogged and paid the difference to stay there the second night. Didn't want to risk going into another junior suite or other room and experiencing similar or other issues, especially after reading the reviews about bed bugs. The internet was atrocious in the more expensive room, and TVs (yes, more than one) didn't work properly. We were only there for two nights, so we just dealt with it. As a nomad traveler with an 8-year-old, I'm realizing more and more that hotels under $100 per night may no longer be a reasonable option.

Bedbugs bedbugs bedbugs bit me and they were horrible

Disliked:The hotel room is horrible with bed bugs. At the first night, we stayed at a room where my son got bitten by the bedbugs. I requested the staff to change the room and was accepted. However, the second room was really a nightmare (though its decoration was much better than the first one. Bedbugs bit me this time like a bedbugs party and it was seriously bad, itchy rash is everywhere on my body. I can’t believe this, I would never come back!! The photos below is the evidence and the’re the rash in my hands only, my legs, belly and my back are even worse!!
