Liked:The location is great; breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious

Disliked:The pillows were really very bad, full of "holes" really uncomfortable, the matress was not comfortable, too soft like old; the hairdryer too slow, and the shower was not fixed and kept moving all the time

A good and centrally located hotel in Buenos Aires.

Liked:The hotel is located in 9 de Julio Avenue which is one of the most important avenues in Buenos Aires. The area is safe and vibrant. The rooms are comfortable albeit a bit dark. Breakfast is excellent. Wifi works well. I was only one night therefore I was unable to use the facilities.

Disliked:There is no restaurant although room service works well. Rooms are a bit (not too much) dark.

Great location, bad room

Liked:The location of the hotel is unbeatable if you wish to stay in downtown Buenos Aires, just steps away from the Obelisk, the theater district in Corrientes, Colon Theater and restaurants. The staff was attentive and efficient as well, from the room cleaners to the receptionists. However the Standard room with 2 twin beds I stayed in was way below expectation, an interior room, small and rudimentary. It even lacked a night stand, and instead it had a small table for the phone between the two beds. So a mix bag, we aware.
