Disliked:This is the first time I'm disappointed by a hotel that's considered "Very Good" on Booking.com. I wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel. The bed is uncomfortable and uneven. The walls are paper thin so you won't sleep well since you will hear everything people do in other rooms, the hallway, and the street. No hot water pressure. The room pictures show a desk but there was no desk or chair. The WiFi is very poor. There's no iron. If you are in Buenos Aires for work, this hotel is not for you. The heater system works for 5 minutes and then starts blowing cold air. I took 4 bottles of water, a Coke, and 2 small snacks from the room mini fridge and they charged me USD 36. That's $5 per item, what a rip off! I'm disappointed on the hotel because based on pictures and the rating on Booking.com I expected a lot more. I'm also disappointed that Booking.com rates this as a "Very Good" hotel when in reality many people have had similar negative experiences as mine. And finally, I'm disappointed at the people who rated this hotel highly and their very poor standards for comfort, quietness, peaceful rest, and decent prices.
