It is better to choose the Recoleta neighborhood.

Liked:The staff at the front desk were polite, and the location is very convenient. But the street itself is just a nightmare at night: filthy, full of trash, and lots of homeless people around. The superior triple room is quite spacious. The convenient part is that it comes equipped with a kitchenette: you can't actually cook there, but there is a table to sit and eat at, along with a microwave and a kettle. There was a fridge, but we couldn't figure out whether it worked or not.

Disliked:The breakfasts were terrible. The fruit was hard and tasteless, the pastries were bad, and honestly, everything was just unappealing. The coffee was awful too. Sometimes they ran out of milk, and the cutlery wasn't always clean. Even though we paid for breakfast, we ended up skipping it most of the time because there was nothing worth eating anyway. The rooms were very dusty, and the surrounding streets were dirty, especially at night, with a strong smell of trash and unhoused people. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and the water was occasionally lukewarm at best.

Liked:Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. Even though I arrived early in the morning, you had my room ready for me (for a fee, of course), and you even provided me with a coworking space for work after I checked out. The room came with a kitchenette and was impeccably clean. The bathroom was very clean, and the toilet even had a bidet spray. Breakfast was excellent, and there was a particularly wide variety of pastries. I’d definitely like to stay here again.

Disliked:The only downside was that the bathtub didn’t have a handheld showerhead.

good hotel in the center with great staff

Liked:The team is very good! the girl and the guy at the reception were really nice, the security as well!! they helped each time and we really appreciated them! the hotel is in a smaller street that looks not very noce but is actually very well located. The cleaning staff was good and the room was cleaned daily. Overall i recommend this place, big shout out for the team.

Disliked:the breakfast was not amazing, a little bit more of a variety would be amazing. we didn’t have the time to try the jacuzzi and sauna, but we went to check them out and maybe this area needs a little bit more of maintenance
