Liked:The location is great

Disliked:There weren't towels in the room, I was ready to have the shower so I called the reception, the reception staff never answered the phone nor the WhatsApp messages and calls, I had to get dressed and go downstairs to ask for them. Breakfast was chaotic, full of guests, no where to sit as tables were dirty, nobody cleaned, guests had to do it, no coffee, no eggs, anyway...this is not a cheap hotel to make these mistakes.
