Liked:The staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice location.

Disliked:The bathrooms and all furniture in the rooms were quite old. They need to be replaced.

Liked:Staff, room, cleanliness of hotel, access to city attractions.

Disliked:The Congreso neighborhood is more than a bit rundown. Lots of homeless people, drunkards, druggies, etc. Lots of dirt, piss, even mice, both dead and alive. Not the fault of the hotel, though. Just the location is not what it used to be anymore. The hotel was very clean and neat, The City of Buenos aires does a horrible job at keeping the neighborhood safe and clean. The city mayor is a decadent clown.

Overall good!

Liked:Breakfast was good and cost 15 ARS per person. The hotel staff were very nice. They also kindly kept our luggage safely for us.

Disliked:There was a strike in front of the Congress Center during our stay. We had booked a tour, but because of the strike the tour bus took a long time to get there. A trip that normally takes 5 minutes took about 30 minutes. Also, the window in our room was broken and couldn’t be closed, so we couldn’t sleep well because of the noise outside. The hotel staff were nice and moved us to another room, which was better.

My husband became sick and the Hotel Manager Marcella, facilitated the admittance of my husband.

Liked:Location and convenience for the purpose it served me . My husband was admitted to the Durand Hospital.
