Liked:Calidez en servicio al cliente. Servicio de limpieza correcto.

Disliked:Foto de la fachada del hotel montada, no posee esa cartelería identificatoria. Horario de check-in muy tarde, podría ser más temprano. Instalaciones viejas. Poca resolución a problemas dentro del edifico, corte de luz durante la estadía donde quedamos con falta de suministro eléctrico, implicando un riesgo para el ascenso y descenso a habitaciones. El olor a comida que desprendía de la elaboración de comidas de la cocina se sentía en el lobby y en la habitación.

Fantastic location, lovely staff and super clean - but basic facilities and disappointing breakfast,

Liked:Fantastic location, super friendly and helpful staff, very clean but basic - no frills in the room and the breakfast was disappointing and not worth the additional price.

Disliked:I didn't like the room was so bear and basic and the quality of the juice and coffee at breakfast left a lot to be desired - it's ok to have a basic spread but make the essentials good quality.
