Liked:Bom hotel, estrutura física boa, porém o atendimento deixou a desejar. Equipe que serve café da manhã extremamente mal humorada e desorganizada. Equipe de limpeza não recolheu lixo do quarto algumas vezes, metade do box do banheiro sem vidro, vazamento de água vindo do box e deixando banheiro cheio de água no chão. Regras desnecessárias quanto ao consumo de alimentos processados para forçar o consumo dentro do hotel.

Liked:Chambre spacieuse et insonorisée. Très confortable. Personnels souriants et serviables . Des lignes de bus et de métro à proximité. Pas loin , à 5-10minutes à pied , le congrès et la salle des députés se visitent gratuitement, comptez 2 heures pour parcourir les différentes salles et suivez le guide qui fait l’historique. Amenez votre passeport pour le ticket gratuit d’entrée.

Terrible customer service, utterly insensitive & incompetent front desk staff Shamilla & Manuel. Avoid at all costs.

Liked:We arrived at 6 am after a fifteen hour international flight that was delayed by 6 hours. Our young son was sick and we needed a quick check in. Instead the insensitive and incompetent front desk trainee staff including an extremely dismissive Shamilla & Manuel refused to check us in as we asked them to hurry up after they had taken forever to do a check in . In essence this hotel staff tried to deny us stay at the hotel once I asked them to expedite the check in as our son was sick with exhaustion and needed to get to a room. I requested to be connected to a manager and was instead provided a reception email address. In all our years of international travel and experience with hotels world wide we have never encountered worse customer service and reception at a hotel. Please avoid this rip off hotel at all costs. If this hotel has any supervisory staff, I will be pleased to hear from them. Eventually another staff was able to assist, the real issue being that the incompetent Shamilla and Manuel had missed an entry that the check in process required which the other staff was able to fix quickly. Nightmarish experience in our first hour in Buenos Aires making the whole experience bitter from the onset. Avoid this hotel or regret it.
