The swimming pool will be available from December 15. Please note that guests requiring an invoice Type A must request it when making their reservation, and send the required documentation prior to check in. Disliked:This property presents itself as a 5-star hotel, however the standards observed during my stay were significantly below that classification. The room showed clear signs of poor maintenance and lack of quality control: visible paint stains on the floor, improperly installed wallpaper, and overall careless finishing. The bathroom was notably outdated, with aging tiles and visible wear that suggest long-overdue renovation. The general level of upkeep does not align with what is internationally understood as 4 or 5 star quality. The bed was uncomfortable and the overall interior execution (curtains, materials, detailing) felt low-grade rather than premium. My early check-in request was declined, which is understandable operationally, but the handling felt procedural rather than service-oriented. At checkout, three or four small bottles of mineral water were charged at a ridiculous price. While minibar charges are standard practice, the pricing felt disproportionate to the overall quality delivered. No complimentary water was provided. Notably, there was no public response to this review. Instead, weeks later I was contacted via WhatsApp by a third party stating that management wished to speak with me. Constructive feedback is most valuable when addressed during the stay, not retroactively. For a property positioning itself in the upper segment of the market, significant improvements in maintenance standards, transparency, and service culture would be required to meet that expectation.
