Liked:There was plenty of hot water in the showers. There is nothing like a long hot shower or bath after traveling in the Argentine winter. Everything else was good, too. Still, hot water quick and plentiful!

Liked:This is my go-to place whenever I travel to Buenos Aires. The staff is very attentive, flexible, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. That warmth and the trust they build is what makes me come back every time.

Disliked:Nothing negative to point out. Any small issue was always resolved quickly and with great willingness to help.

Lovely apartment to stay in for a city trip in a nice neighbourhood

Liked:Once we got to the room we had booked (after a mix-up), we were very happy with the room and the adjoining balcony! The room is spacious and breakfast was very handy (with every room cleaning, house keeping leaves breakfast for the next morning in the fridge). The location is very good, walking distance to busses and sube (metro) as well as downtown Palermo with cafés, bars and restaurants. Staff are friendly; the main support number is manned by an AI bot, but on request you can be patched through to an employee. There is an elevator in the building.

Disliked:Even though it was resolved fairly quickly, we were provided with the wrong room - a room with virtually no balcony, despite us explicitly booking a room with a large balcony. The switch was not communicated and we had to wait a night before we could move into the originally booked room.
