Overall adequate

Liked:Roomy apartment

Disliked:Older building…pool area was not very enticing; was stark, without lounge furniture. Apartment overlooked a very busy boulevard with much traffic noise. Bathroom towels were old & stained.

Liked:Great location

Disliked:Everything is old in the building and not well maintained. The windows are not sealed (old/not maintained), and hence traffic on the 13-lane road next to the building can be heard constantly. Deposit was only returned upon request.

Great experience! It felt like another little home.

Liked:The property owner was the most thoughtful of any person we have ever rented from. He is incredibly kind and helpful. I was amazed by house much thought and care went in to furnishing this apartment. He even provided extra outlet converters for international guests. And this might sound like a small thing, but I really appreciated the full bar of soap and the high quality toilet paper. It’s a very nice space.

Disliked:I tried to find the laundry facilities but got lost in the building.
