10/10 excellent!

Liked:We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Joseph. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. As it was our first time visiting, they went above and beyond by recommending great activities and restaurants nearby, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The location was a 10/10 — very safe, pleasant, and surrounded by plenty of cafes, bars, and amazing street art. The apartment itself was spotless and faultless, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also really appreciated how accommodating they were in holding our luggage for a few days while we continued travelling — it made things so much easier for us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Disliked:A very small detail, but it would have been a nice touch to have toothpaste and a toothbrush available.

Liked:Wonderful, modern hotel! It is walking distance to the main Palermo area or in the other direction to the park/ more downtown area. The AC worked very well, was cold at night. Good sized shower and hot water. Very spacious room with blackout curtains. Staff were lovely. I would recommend staying here!
