Liked:The check out was smooth

Disliked:You need to "climb" to the hotel from the street, and the staff doesn't allow you to take the luggage trolley beyond the door of the hotel, so you need to carry your bags inside (five in my case) and then load them in the trolley. The room was fine, and just about

Centrally located hotel with great facilities

Liked:A great place to stay in Buenos Aires. The hotel is a large one but very well run and clean and comfortable (apart from the pillows). Breakfast was good with cooked options. The reception team were very helpful and we felt that the hotel was good value for money given it is a capital city.
