Liked:Clean, modern design. Proximity to airport.

Disliked:Breakfast was not up to standard of hotel generally.

Liked:We stayed in the hotel several times already. Is very convenient when you have an early flight. Overall our stay was always great.

Disliked:I definitely do not agree that they changed the timing for the bufe breakfast. It was always starting at 4am. And that was one of the main reason we liked this hotel. There are lots of early flights, when having a coffee or tea in the morning or just simply select a quick bite at 4am. Now breakfast starts at 6am (when most of the early flights leave already). Yes, they provide a generous breakfast bag for take away with fresh baguette, but we cannot really do a lot with the drinks as they are taken away at the security check and we had to carry our breakfast bags in our hands around the airport. It was much more comfortable and convenient to sit, have our breakfast, leave the dishes there and check out without any extra stuff in our hands.

High-tech headache instead of a comfortable stay

Disliked:A cozy-less, infantile interior with prison-style metal furniture. But that wasn’t even the most annoying thing about this hotel. Before arrival, the hotel bombards you through every possible channel (email, WhatsApp) with requests to complete an online check-in. This would be understandable if it were a digital hotel with no reception, but this is a standard hotel where you still have to go to the front desk upon arrival to pick up a physical room card—and then wait for them to print out a paper!! invoice. When I started the lengthy online check-in process before arrival, which requires entering credit card details at the end, I was 'rewarded': my bank flagged this authorization as suspicious (it was being authorized by some strange company) and froze my card to protect it. Since I was already traveling and the card was crucial, unfreezing it caused massive inconvenience. On top of that—I might not have even written this review, but... early in the morning on the day of departure, the hotel started bombarding me via email/SMS with links asking to fill out my departure time. What on earth for??? Just a reminder, this is not some tiny granny-run apart-hotel, but a large hotel with a 24/7 reception. I work in the tech field, and your hotel is a living example of overdoing technology where it is absolutely not needed. Instead of all this—just go ahead and replace the shower heads. They are completely clogged.
