For Bonvoy Members…sometimes

Liked:Of the Marriott properties in CStat this is on the nicer end. Have stayed here several times. If you catch them in a good mood the upgraded rooms are nice. I have found the front desk staff to be inconsistent when recognizing status (Titanium). Recent stay they refused the upgrade even after I showed them the availability of several suites. Also - be aware this is a pet friendly hotel - great for the fur babies but you need to ensure your room has been appropriately cleaned. The shining stars of this property remain bartenders Chad and Aaron. The bar makes this place the gem it can be. Just cross your fingers w the front desk and hope you don’t get Ms Snarky-pants checking you in….
