Liked:The staff were lind

Disliked:The bathroom was terrible..there was a horrible noise in the bathroom after you flushed the toilet , the toilet smelled I like a sewer was backing up every time you flushed,the bathtub was rusted.The breakfast was so unappetizing we didn’t eat anything .

Liked:Everything was so beautiful. It was very clean. The property was so beautiful. The Staff in the front were so amazing and welcoming!

Disliked:We did not get room service at all during our stay which was a little disappointing as we would constantly have to ask for towels. They wouldn’t even take out our trash. I would say that was the only disappointing part.

Overall, comfortable.

Liked:The coffeee was very good. The desk clerk was very accomodating, friendly, and helpful. The TV in our room was not operating, so she came to the room and fixed the problem.

Disliked:The breakfast was very slow due to having only one waffle iron. The line was endless and the seating was crowded due to the waffle line. Also, the exhaust fan in our bathroom was very loud.

Clean and comfortable and cost effective.

Liked:Everything was so clean. Especially around the breakfast area. I didn’t use the indoor pool, but it was nice and clean. The staff was great!

Disliked:Check Out time is to early. 11:00? I requested a later check out time. I was told the morning person would have to make that decision, but it shouldn’t be a problem? I was extended a hour and I was thankful because of the situation I was in?
