Disappointed by the lack of flexibility for my unused night.

Liked:There was no breakfast.

Disliked:I stayed at the hotel for two nights but had paid for an additional night that I was unable to use. Unfortunately, the hotel declined my request for either a refund for the unused night or a credit toward a future stay. I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility, especially since I was willing to accept a future-stay credit rather than a refund. I believe a more customer-focused approach would have made a significant difference in my overall experience.

Liked:I liked the cheap price and fridge/microwave

Disliked:The location forced us to do a $60 deposit in CASH only. No working ATM around, had to drive to a bank. The clerk lady wasn't the most helpful, had to figure out some of the policies on my own. Dirty floorboards

Won’t go again just for a better price

Liked:The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Room was really cheap

Disliked:The fact that they make you go get a $60 deposit in cash for the room. And didn’t have the atm working in the facility, so you had to drive to the nearest one. As well as there was a stain on the towel from me wiping my makeup off so they didn’t return the $60 deposit. Horrible and I would never stay there again.
