Noise Disturbance Seriously Affected My Stay

Liked:Extremely disappointing stay and very poor handling of a serious issue. The noise during the first night was excessive and continued for hours, making it nearly impossible to sleep or rest. I contacted the front desk multiple times, but the situation was not handled appropriately or in a timely manner. By the time any action was taken, a large portion of the night had already been ruined. I was eventually moved to another room the following day, but that did not undo the disruption and stress caused during the first night. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability afterward. Despite repeated complaints and follow-up with both the hotel and corporate customer service, no meaningful resolution or fair compensation was provided. This experience fell far below what should reasonably be expected from a hotel stay, and I would strongly caution other travelers before booking this property.

This is a horrible hotel

Liked:The staff were great and accommodated the best the could.
Disliked:The rooms were dated, the first obviously had work done to the ceiling, the ac wasn't working properly, the iron was broken, that bathrooms were too small. Finally, I could here every car that passed by on the near by streets and every person that walked by our room
