Disliked:I was not able to get a refund even though the trip was canceled not something I could control! A family member passed away and I could not get any refunds at all

Pleasant, easy to reach, 10min walk to trains, close to restaurants, grocery stores, touch expensive

Liked:We really appreciated the staff. The facility was clean and noise was never an issue. It's not often we have a room with a good bed. We were pleased with the comfort of the bed.

Disliked:We believe the expense was higher than the overall value. Breakfast was OK for the selection of items. If there were a moderate number of guest converging near the same time getting your breakfast seemed more chaotic. Some of the appliances seemed under powered (like the toaster oven where you had to send the bread or muffins through 3+ times just to get them lightly toasted. That added to the build-up of that chaos feeling.
