Liked:I would like to thank the front desk team for their outstanding service. They were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Steffen (5 stars) who went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth and pleasant arrival. He truly cared about our experience and did an excellent job. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained and very clean. The rooms are spotless, and the housekeeping service was excellent throughout our stay.

Disliked:Unfortunately I had to deduct one stars because of the staff in the Premium Villas dining area. The male staff members there were unfriendly impatient and lacked basic customer service skills. It felt as though if they didn’t like you for some reason, they made sure you felt it through their attitude and behavior. This was very disappointing and did not reflect the high standards expected from a hotel of this level. I sincerely hope the hotel’s management takes this feedback seriously as improving the service in the dining area would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Great bones and would have been a great hotel in its day but is starting to feel like it needs a refresh.

Liked:Good location, great well-established gardens. Excellent facilities for guests such as water sports, kids club, aqua aerobics, and gym. Spacious rooms.

Disliked:The buildings, specifically the pool and the room interiors and fittings are getting a bit tired. The pools didn’t feel particularly clean, the bed was lumpy, and the restaurant was disappointing and overpriced.

Great stay at a lovely hotel.

Liked:The rooms and grounds were fantastic.

Disliked:The sea is not very nice - feels grimy. Also breakfast for people in the normal rooms wasn’t great - seemed like the breakfast for the villas was good. Lots of children so if looking for some quiet adult time then maybe not the right hotel.
