Very average for a 5 star hotel

Liked:Stunning entrance to hotel and other areas like the lotus pond.

Disliked:Rooms are extremely basic and small with a huge lack of storage space for a couple staying a decent amount of time. Food variety very limited. No bar as such apart from around the pool. Some beach staff very rude.

Best hotel we had on our honeymoon!

Liked:The hotel is amazing! It’s like living in the jungle with all the beautiful plants around. The pool is super nice and well maintained and the staff was SO welcoming. We were there for our honeymoon and my wife’s birthday and we received many complimentary gestures such as cakes, fruits and bed setting with wishes. The only downside of this hotel is the amount of mosquitoes because of the plants and the lotus pool that is in the center. We will definitely be back at this hotel.

Disliked:Just the mosquito bites that killed us.

Convenient location, nice staff, generally well laid out with a couple of exceptions

Liked:Rooms were good, beautiful big bathtub and large format in general. The breakfasts were high standard.

Disliked:Felt a bit like a club med. We were put in a room right next to the bar (“guilty!”), so it could be a little noisy. Yet -the one night we got a bit leery and played some music (not particularly loudly either) at 6:15pm we were told off and to turn it down. Seemed odd.

Fantastic Hotel

Liked:Perfect welcome, staff are attentive, location is perfect within minutes from fisherman’s village. Hotel is warm and welcoming. Certain guests from a certain country act like they are superior to everyone else lol, but if I put that aside it was a great place.

Disliked:Loved everything.
