It was ok

Liked:There was a nasty smell in the hallways of the 4th floor where our room was. Got into the room and the cord for the telephone was missing. No phone connection. TV didn’t work. Went to front office, lady came up, couldn’t fix two issues and put us in a different room

Could be better. The staff and breakfast made it a good stay.

Bad choice

Liked:The location was good for a halfway point of our trip.

Disliked:The man at the front desk was not friendly at all. The pillows were atrocious! They felt like foam was cut up and thrown inside a pillowcase. The sofa material was uncomfortable and there was a burnlike mark on the left side of the seat cushion. There were small dots of mold on the shower floor. The breakfast offering was poor and at 0940, there was no more waffle batter and none was made. We had stayed the week prior at a Hilton site and it was lovely. I just wanted to try Home 2, so we didn't stay there on the way home. Never again.
