Disliked:First of all, the unnecessary difficulty accessing the apartment! Having followed the unusual link to the internet to open the door which didn’t work. After 15 minutes of trying & trying, in the end we had to call the agent who told us that the key was under the mat! This had never been communicated to us.! Once inside we were confronted with a pile of dirty linen on the sofa. We requested and paid for 2 Double beds & 2 single beds as we were 4 single adults, instead the apartment had 2 double & 1 single bed! No pillow cases on beds and towels provided. No shampoo or soap replenished in one bathroom, no ironing board cover and only 2 wine glasses provided. Once again we had to contact the agent! He apologised and sent someone with towels, pillowcases & glasses. We asked to move to another apartment with the right amount of beds to which he replied “ nothing he could do that day, we would have to wait until the following day.” We never heard from him again. I send a message the following day asking when we could move, the replies I will forward. This experience was extremely unpleasant and totally unacceptable. His texts were verging on aggressive, to which I would like to send proof. Therefore, I expect Booking.com to provide some form of compensation for this very negative, unnecessary experience. We did not receive what we had paid for.

Very spacious apartment within easy walking distance of the Guggenheim and other museums. Highly recommend!

Liked:Location near the Guggenheim, easy walking distance. Lots of space!

Disliked:The automatic lock didn't consistently work. Several times had to repeat the open door command through the app. It would make noise and sound like it unlocked but couldn't open the door. In general, did not like having to maintain the phone browser open to the app.
