Overall a nice resort!

Liked:(1) Location to the gondola and the village. (2) Complimentary breakfast, which was very good!
Disliked:(1) The 2 queen beds were not queen size. They were slightly bigger than double beds, which made it uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep on. (2) There were 2 pools but only one hot tub, which was always too crowded. (3) The hot tub had very weak jets and the water was not very hot.

Great location and a great stay.

Liked:Very nice property. The bathroom has two sinks which you usually don’t see in hotels. The complimentary breakfast is nice too.
Disliked:The only restaurant was very expensive for dinner. Never ate there. For a family friendly place, this was a minus.

Yellowed Sheets and Grime

Liked:The queen size beds are smaller than a standard queen, probably closer in size to a full. The sheets are just gross. Some are white, many are yellow and stained. Blood stain on a pillow protector. The pillows are tiny. Much smaller than standard size. The hotel should really have clean stain free sheets! Bathroom is newer and pretty nice, but doesn’t make up for the ick factor of the beds. Hallway is creaky, musty, and dark. If you stay here get ready to smell pot a lot! Common areas are very beat up. The place was new in the mid 70’s and it looks like only a few cheap updates were made in the last 50 years. No complementary coffee in the morning. Don’t use the in room coffee maker - there’s grime inside. The coffee shop price gouges and the only lunch option is a $40 buffet. We stayed here because of a conference, will never stay again.
