Top Location

Liked:Basic accommodation in a top location for Beverly Hills. Rooms are smallish & need some maintenance. We found it very difficult to move around the bed without stubbing our toes. The bathroom was a plain concrete finish which didn’t feel hygienic. If you can get a really good deal here it’s worth considering booking. Decor is very retro eclectic which tends to hide all the blemishes in the hotel.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Liked:Location was great

Disliked:Room was small, oddly shaped. Could barely made it around the bad to get to the bathroom. Window a/c unit was noisy. Bathroom was dimly lit with no additional light.

Good location and stylish room

Liked:Great location in Beverly Hills Nice hotel, stylish bedroom Bed was huge! Parking in the lot across the street was only $25 for 24hrs

Disliked:Our code didn’t work and we had to ask the overnight staff to reset it The lack of elevator

Please inform The Crescent powered by Sonder in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guests stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable, elevator, or desk. We have provided a Roku for streaming. Please note, this Sonder is family friendly but some art in the common area includes sensitive imagery. We do not offer daily Housekeeping Services. You may request a cleaning 24 hours in advance on the Sonder app or with our Front Desk team for an additional fee of 40 USD. Linen, terry, and consumables can be replenished free of charge at your convenience. Paid valet parking is available. Guests can book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance. A deposit may be required at the property.
