Great location but not a hotel.

Liked:Liked the location.

Disliked:It seems they were not ready for business. Checked in and given key to a room that somebody was already in. They were quite surprised. Coffee machine did not work. The bed was not flat. Free coffee was out with no sweetener or stirrers. Their explanation was we don't have any and will order some!?
