Disliked:Room could’ve been a little cleaner upon arrival. The windows must have been open for a while and there were a lot of bugs, alive and dead.

Liked:Beautiful hotel conveniently located within walking distance from Bern historical centre and train station. Clean and comfortable room with espresso machine and mini bar. High quality breakfast buffet with a variety of cold and hot options; tasty omelettes to your order, Swiss cheese plate and juices. Lovely dinner in the garden. Helpful, dedicated staff.

Great location!

Liked:Great location just over the bridge - can walk into town easily, or there’s a bus stop right outside. Parking on site. The room was spacious. Nice restaurant and Terrance area with a pond. The mini bar was complimentary!

Disliked:No window to the outside in our room :-( There were limited TV options for international visitors (no streaming). The shower area has no way to prevent water going on the bathroom floor.
