Great hotel

Liked:The location is great, the staff is helpful and professional, the room is large and well furnished, the bathroom is great too.

Disliked:The lift with the heavy door. The wifi could work better I suppose. The air conditioning's interface was strange.

Liked:It is conveniently located in the center of town, making it easy to get everywhere. We went for the swim in the Aare and the staff helped us prepare for it. They also had the floatation / carrying bag for sale at the property which was very convenient. The staff was super friendly and everyone spoke great English. As a bonus we got a chocolate bar after the first night's room service, which was much appreciated!

Disliked:The airconditioning wasn't very strong and I got the impression that it was turned off during the day when we were out, so the room didn't really get to the optimal temperature for sleeping.
