Love the graduate!

Liked:This is our third stay at the graduate and it’s great everytime. The staff are the best part aside from the food! Hallie was so sweet when we arrived and gave us the cutest little treat at check in and helped my husband print some documents.

We are not recommending this place if you looking to relax and some quiet room.

Will definitely stay with them again!

Liked:Walking distance to Berkeley. Many interesting restaurant options in the neighborhood.

Disliked:Had an unpleasant incident with the receptionist, and I made a complaint. The duty manager Eric and the property management were quick to respond and rectified the situation immediately in an apologetic and professional manner, which I greatly appreciated. Understand that there are always isolated incidents but the way the management handled it was hugely impressive and lived up to the Hilton Group of Hotels reputation!
