Delicious food and best service

Liked:My wife and I were on our honeymoon and chose Mauritius and this hotel for our trip. The hotel staff gave us a significantly better room as a compliment. The food was delicious, both the half-board and the extras. The hotel staff is simply wonderful, always smiling, attentive, and quick to accommodate any whim. You can rent a scooter at the hotel, and there are many options for organizing leisure activities such as excursions. We also really liked the spa complex; we used the sauna for free and had a lymphatic drainage massage. The massage was one of the best I've ever had.

Disliked:The only thing we didn't like was the beach itself. The seashore was always covered in seaweed and had a rather unpleasant smell. The hotel tried to clean the beach with an excavator in the mornings, but there was so much seaweed that even the excavator wasn't enough.

Overall great location and wonderful staff.

Liked:The hotel was super clean and friendly. The location was amazing and we loved the pool.

Disliked:The food was amazing at breakfast!! Loved the choice and the omelette which was spicy. It was so tasty. The dinner meals were a bit unusual though and the flavour slightly lacking.

Liked:Very nice hotel, clean, neat. Food was very good

Disliked:Location of the hotel is not ideal for swimming. Too much weed and water is not clear. They do not provide any drinks (even tea or coffee) if you take halfboard option. Also, they do not provide such essentials as toothbrush and toothpaste (which you actually expect in 5* hotel)

Relaxing stay on the East Coast

Liked:This was our first stay after arriving in Mauritius. Overall, we felt very comfortable. The atmosphere at the resort was relaxed. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rather small, but tasty and with a beautiful view. Special thanks to Ashna who gave her best to keep our room tidy.

Disliked:The bathroom has no ventilation, so it was always slightly damp. There is a lack of hanging space in the bathroom.
