Marvelous Stay in Mauritius

Liked:Throughout our stay at your hotel, we were extremely impressed by the friendliness, positive energy, attentiveness, and professionalism of all your staff. We also thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of our room, the quality of the beds, the cleanliness of both our room and the entire resort, and the beauty of the beach. Everything exceeded our expectations. During one of the excursions we joined, my wife was injured by a sea urchin. Esha, a member of your reception team, was incredibly caring and helpful. She immediately arranged a driver for us and directed us to the hospital, where my husband received treatment. In the following days, she continued to check on his condition and genuinely showed concern for his well-being. We are truly grateful for her kindness and support and would like to thank her once again. We would also like to thank the housekeeping staff member, Manisha, who was always cheerful and went above and beyond to ensure our room was perfectly maintained. She left us lovely notes and flowers in our room, making us feel truly at home during our stay. Her thoughtful gestures made a lasting impression on us. Every member of the hotel team seemed carefully selected, and each person we interacted with was exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming. When we return to Mauritius, we will definitely choose C Mauritius again. Thank you to your entire team for providing us with such a wonderful and memorable holiday experience :)

Good overall Value for your stay!

Liked:The beachfront and layout of the property. And small activities available . Staff were very very nice and polite.

Disliked:Some of the furnishings in the room are looking a bit weathered. Possibly a result of the tropical climate. Sometimes service to the room was slow ( We asked for an iron and iron board that didn’t show and we had to call again the next day) . The other two times we called it arrived atleast 30 minutes later. I suspect it could be due to the layout / size of the resort.
