Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
Please inform Fisherman's Cove Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that in general, for bookings on half board basis, the dinner is offered in the buffet restaurant. On selected days the dinner can be offered in the a la carte restaurant with a set menu. Guest can have access to the Sesel Spa in our sister property at STORY Seychelles. When booking for 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please contact hotel directly before making a reservation. Effective 01st August 2023, the Seychelles Government has implemented a levy with the aim to reinforce the Island's commitment to a greener and more sustainable future. Tourists will be levied an amount of SCR 100 per adult, per night with payment taken directly at the Resort. Children under 12 will be exempt from the levy. A deposit may be required at the property.
