Liked:The location for the hotel is great - there's a mall with everything you might need a few minutes walk away. There are lots of restaurants, convenience store and area for kids to play around. The approach road to the hotel is a Hutong road - its one way and looks like a tiny alley. Traffic gets slow on this street but we didn't have any issues in getting a taxi at any point during the day. Staff is helpful and the hotel is clean. They don't organise airport transfers but very helpful in sorting out deliveries etc for us. Highly recommended especially for families.

Liked:We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and having both a washing machine and a dryer inside the apartment felt like such a luxury and was extremely convenient. The location was also great — the metro was within an easy walking distance, and there were several restaurants nearby where we could eat. What really made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. On September 4, I accidentally left my phone in a DiDi car. Unfortunately, our app was not showing our previous trips, so we had no way to contact the driver. We asked the receptionist for help, and she went far beyond what we could ever have expected. She immediately contacted the police to help identify the car's license plate, and the police then contacted the driver. By that time, the driver had already kindly taken my phone to the police station. The receptionist even walked with us to the police station, and thanks to her help, I was able to get my phone back. I am incredibly grateful for her kindness, patience, and willingness to help us. Unfortunately, I did not write down her name — I think it may have been Ya Sha — but I hope the hotel can identify the receptionist who was working that day and pass on our sincere thanks to her. She was truly exceptional and made a stressful situation so much easier for us. Thank you very much for everything!
