I would not recommend this hotel because of its lack of cleanliness

Disliked:This hotel needs pest control it had roaches bad I seen at least 6 I told the staff. The hallways smelled awful like urine and feces. The hotel could use a better clean up crew it was barely clean, the shower was dirty hair in drains the head board was greasy. The room had a kitchen there was no cooking utensils to use.

Not Disability Friendly

Liked:The size of the room was good and the shower was nice

Disliked:The photos all had a microwave but there was not one on the room. The facility claimed it was due to having an oven. But the oven didn't work! There was no cookware or dishes provided. I had to purchase my own. The shower bench was missing, but they found one last minute. We specifically told them we needed this due to my disability. There were bugs every day. Most were tiny but they were there every day. We were there for 2 weeks and no one cleaned the room! We were told 4 times we were on the schedule & I left the room, but returned to find nothing was cleaned. I bought my own cleaning supplies to keep it clean. I was hoping to use the pool since they advertised a pool chair. But it didn't work due to needing a battery. They told us it would be fixed in a few days when we checked in, but after 2 weeks, nothing!
