Beautiful stay with stunning views and attentive service

Liked:I had a wonderful two-night stay. The view from my balcony was absolutely stunning and made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were attentive and fulfilled all of my requests promptly, including providing a bathrobe and slippers for the spa, as well as an ironing board and iron. Housekeeping was excellent – my bed linen was changed, fresh towels were provided, and everything was kept spotless throughout my stay.

Disliked:I mentioned in advance that the main reason for my short break was my birthday. While I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant, the occasion wasn’t acknowledged during my stay. Many hotels offer this kind of thoughtful touch. It would be lovely if special occasions like this weren’t overlooked in the future, as they can make a guest’s stay even more memorable.
