Liked:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding stay with exceptional service! We stayed at this hotel for a full week, and it was truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Any request or question was handled quickly and efficiently, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. After a week, we felt completely at home, which says a lot about the quality of the hospitality. A big thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return in the future!

Great hotel with great service

Liked:The room was amazing, the view from the room was amazing, very clean, great service, facilities are in very good condition, I don't really understand how it's not a 5 star hotel. Highly recommend.

Disliked:Everything was great I can't think of any problems.

Liked:Clean and modern and good size. Most staff are friendly. Close to the beach and restaurants Good sea view Breakfast was very good, but get your eggs done fresh.

Disliked:Mission to get into old town with various prices and journey times. Undisclosed policy (until you arrive) that you can't bring your own food and drink into the hotel, not even your own room, ridiculous! Especially if you have kids! Service is slow, especially at the rooftop bar. There is no services at all on the beach, no food or drink service from the hotel so you have to bring your own but can't take it back to the room! Currently there is building work going on at every angle of the hotel, not noisy though but an eyesore on your holiday. A fair amount of uneven stairs to get to the beach. Smoking everywhere, which we don't like (personal preference)
