Overall, enjoyed the stay and would stay there again (also stayed there last April)

Liked:Staff is very pleasant and eager to help

Disliked:They seem to have renovated since last stay (looks great). The hideabeds are so new that mine still had the mechanism attached with a plastic tie. But when I opened it, I was very disappointed in the thin, hard mattress. Last year my daughter had a suite with a more comfortable sofa bed. My granddaughter had to sleep on this less comfortable one the night before a provincial gymnastics competition, and we were quite worried about the quality of her sleep. Really not impressed by the sofa bed mattress

A nice and comfortable stay at this newly renovated hotel

Liked:I had a great stay at the newly renovated Four Points by Sheraton in Barrie. The updates really show. Everything felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, from the refreshed rooms to the common areas. My room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The location is also convenient, making it a solid choice whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. Overall, the renovations have elevated this hotel, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.
