We arrived at the Super 8 unexpectedly after our van broke down in Barrie.

Liked:The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was roomy and clean. There were enough hangers for coats and ddrying wet items. The television guide helped us find the stations and shows we wanted to watch.

Disliked:The carpet in the room was dirty. I could feel that on my bare feet when I walked around the room.

Scam warning

Disliked:SCAM ALERT . WARNING ⚠️ THEY WILLING AND KNOWING CHARGED MY CARDS THEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE ROOM THAT WAS DISCUSSED AND ARANGED....EVEN AFTER 2 CALLS THROUGH OUT THE TO CONFIRM RESERVATION.

Awoke early am to hundreds of small winged bugs crawling all over the carpet . . Yuck! Creepy

Disliked:crawling insects and no consideration of the issue as we awoke, reported to the front desk - they handed us a bill and said I’d make a note!!! We left immediately at 7:30 am. So creepy and upsetting didn’t even snap a pic but had shown the housekeeper the situation who DID validate my concern. The manager doesnt come in until 2pm so unable to discuss our upset!

Good stay

Liked:Review for my husband …. Stayed here several times, it suits my needs for an overnight stay when working. Hotel is in a good location.

Disliked:The room still needs some TLC ….. we live in hope!
